Master Data Controller is responsible for Master Data object setup (vendors, customers, materials…), modification and maintenance in Company’s systems; ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigate business risk associated with the Company’s partners.

Key Responsibilities comprise 2 key components:

1/. Master data function:

• Establish and implement policies and procedures for master data management.
• Ensure the corresponding master data object (Vendors, Customers and Items) complied to Company’s policies;
• Maintain Master Data integrity and consistency;
• Establish consistent metrics to measure the quality of data and implement solutions to improve its quality;
• Take full ownership of the corresponding objects, providing expertise in case of different master data object related issues.
• Proactively suggest the best solutions to relevant stakeholders related to master data controlling;

2/. Know Your Client (KYC) function:

• Carry out KYC process on customer information (identity, certificates, records, registered office, etc.)
• Actively coordinate with Sales/Sales Operation on receiving supporting documents for KYC purposes and for contract filing.
• Perform admin support on Accounting tasks including but not limiting to: Scanning and filing all of payment documents which were recorded on ERP on a daily basis (AP Support); Admin support for collecting and sending Invoices & Listing to customers (AR Support)
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper level.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and detailed-oriented person.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, ERP and other tools.
• Having vendor, customer or material master data knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required;
• 2-3 years of experience in similar position (preferable)
