With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. Job Descriptions

Monitor Trends and Features:
Regularly track new or updated policies and features on e-commerce platforms, focusing on seller and customer functionalities.
Monitor Trends and Features:
Analyze the operational aspects of e-commerce platforms to identify areas of innovation.
Identify Business Opportunities:
Work closely with Technology & Innovation partners to define and frame business challenges that can be addressed using technology or AI
Identify Business Opportunities:
Proactively suggest use cases or workflows where emerging technologies could provide measurable improvements.
Evaluate AI and Technology Solutions:
Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of GenAI or AI-based prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals
Evaluate AI and Technology Solutions:
Independently develop AI-based prototype, proof of concept (PoC), or minimum viable product (MVP)without support from teammates.

Ii. Requirements

Skills
Understanding of emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML (NLP and Time Series preferred).
Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate emerging technologies to align with business needs.
Experience with Agile Methodology and strong project management skills to handle complex initiatives.
Effective communication to work across diverse teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.
Integrity, responsibility, urgency, and a team-oriented, innovative mindset with strong leadership potential.
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or leading digitalization initiatives. (Experience in AI/ML product development or technology-driven industries is preferred.)
Proven ability to successfully implement innovative digitalization solutions to automate business processes.
Familiarity with e-commerce workflows or experience in applying AI/ML for workflow optimization is a significant advantage.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for continuous learning and growth in the field of AI/ML and digital transformation
