HCLTech Vietnam is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Trade Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our client business forward by analyzing trade data, optimizing supply chain processes, and providing strategic insights to support our international trade operations.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and related to reporting needs, testing, training, deployment and cutover validation, and stabilization.• Works directly with subject matter experts, vendors and business partners at the site to deliver project milestones. Such milestones include business process mapping, testing, training, deployment, post deployment validation and stabilization.• Testing: Write/Update test cases end-to-end/ Prepare test data/ Coordinate, track and perform testing (includes smoke test, functional, regression, user acceptance, post deployment smoke test/dry drill)• Document and report test results, including issues and resolutions including, Document business processes and train stakeholders and Track gaps were found post deployment and stabilize system and tools for hands-over to operations team.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• PM skillset (Basic), Min 5-8 years of experience with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle as a business/system analyst.• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework is desired.• Technical skills - Basic• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
