Mô tả Công việc

1. Develop and Execute Marketing & branding campaign for Bulk

  • Conduct customer conversations or analysic customer voice together with market insights to understand customer pains & gains
  • Propose branding and marketing campaigns/projects to develope brand value propositions for MBD segments
  • Devise and execute compelling value propositions that directly cater to the distinctive needs of MBD customers.
  • Project Management: Ensure effective project management throughout the execution of the marketing strategy, maintaining a clear plan and timeline to meet performance expectations.
  • Execute branding & marketing plan to ensure the project performance & time management as expected
  • Perfomance assessment and making report for high management to update and track performance
  • Develope initiative ideas to contribute to develop INSEE brand
  • Ensure brand complience for all branding materials/ assets
  • Team Collaboration and Cross-Function Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to strategy implementation with effective communication

2. Customers engagement

  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in marketing that can be leveraged to create value propositions that meet customer insights for each customer segments.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-function to generate innovative product and service concepts, campaign ideas, and customer engagement strategies that align with customer preferences.
  • Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy that includes regular communication and touchpoints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage customer engagement programs, including loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and feedback loops.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs, reporting insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Provide training and guidance to customer-facing teams to ensure consistent and positive interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to explore and implement innovative marketing solutions that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies/creative initiatives in marketing and customer insights

3. Develop and Execute Marketing & branding campaign for CONWOOD

  • Study thorough research/customer insights to identify and cultivate effective branding campaign as well as channel approaches for CONWOOD
  • Propose and actively support the implementation of new initiatives designed to elevate and refine branding activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of branding campaigns.
  • Executing customer engagement activities for CONWOOD customers in WSL & RTL layers
  • Planning and executing for social and digital communication plan for CONWOOD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, brand communication, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices
  • Good at English (both speaking & writing)

2. Relevant Experience:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing field
  • 1-3 years in managerial position with well reputed international company
  • Well experienced in working with advertising agencies

3. Leadership Competencies

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successfully executing branding initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Can do attitude & proactive.
  • High responsibility
