*Responsibilities:
- Record and attend to all tenants’ requests, suggestions and complaints promptly and efficiently. Address the concerns of all tenants/ customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform daily patrol of the Cobi Homes and conduct daily F&B check to ensure good cleanliness as well as Safety and Security.
- Conduct regular check/ inspection to ensure that all Cleaning, Security and Parking staff are knowledgeable of basic requirements for Cleanliness, Security & Parking.
- Update and conduct training on Health, Safety & Security for all Cleaning, Security & Parking staff as and when necessary.
- Maintain and enforce operational standards relating to cleaning, security, parking, fire safety and prevention as well as other requirements in Cobi Home’ rules & regulations.
- Maintain continuation and completion of works by documenting, communicating and following up actions.
- Maintain high awareness on security related matters and ensure all activities comply with Cobi Home’s policy, regulations, and procedures.
- Call for quotations and purchase spare parts, equipment, stationery, etc.
- Review incident reports, daily reports, logbooks, etc. and update Operation Supervisor/ Operation manager/ Property Manager.
- Prepare and submit operation reports relating to cleaning, security, parking, consumable consumption monthly/ quarterly/ yearly as well as other reports related to operation department.
- Inspect vacant premises to ensure they are always in good and tenantable conditions.
- Identify security threats, develop action plan for the health, safety and security of Cobi Homes.
- Attend the hand-over of premises to tenants as well as the take-over of tenant premises.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by Operation Supervisor/ Operation Manager.
**Requirements:
- Above 3 years of experiences Shopping Mall/ Office Operation Officer/ Building Executive
- Demonstrate good verbal and written English skills.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Have a teamwork spirit and strong work ethics.
- Be willing to learn new functions, procedures and recognize opportunities to improve.
- Ability to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives and come up with workable solutions.
