Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Support Service Executive located in Hanoi, with flexibility for remote work. The Support Services Executive will be responsible for and handle post sales technical product and service support for key customers and partner accounts, ensuring successful outcomes. They will work closely with
current support services team and customer success team as required. They will assist in tasks for Proof of Concepts and post-sale delivery of installation and configuration projects and continuous service account management.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Team Management
- Customer Service and Organization Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in providing support services or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of e-security, digital signatures, or PKI systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Professional English is a plus, with emphasis on reading & writing skill
- Knowledge in IT-solution deployment is an advantage
