• Manage daily operations and growth strategy of Vietnam office
• Coordinate performance goals and resources for key functions
• Ensure quality delivery of services to suppliers, divisions, and GSO
• Oversee hiring, talent development, and performance management
• Evaluate and decide on investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent
• Communicate strategy and results to employees
• Engage in strategic planning with Corporate managers and provide performance recommendations.
  
  

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Country Manager position brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• More than 4 years of working experience in a functional leader role
• Fluent English; Can travel often
• Strategic, Financial Planning Skills
• Broad experiences on different functions including Sourcing, Quality, Finance and HR
