What you'll do:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of precision machining techniques including CNC programming as well as advanced process automation methodologies.
  • Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing principles alongside Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities enabling you to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently while driving meaningful change in design or equipment processes.
  • High proficiency in CAD/CAM software applications coupled with hands-on experience using ERP systems for effective resource management.
  • Familiarity with key industry standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 along with demonstrated compliance management skills.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities complemented by strong team-building capabilities that foster trustful relationships among colleagues.
