- Plan and implement the duties of the front desk department.
- Organize and assign work to supervisors and employees in the department.
- Check guest room prices on the system to ensure that the information is updated correctly according to promotions, peak seasons, etc.
- Regularly check the dress, style and working attitude of the employees in the department.
- Urging, inspecting, monitoring and evaluating the performance results of the employees in the department.
- Support front desk staff to welcome group guests, loyal guests, long-term guests, ensuring guests are always satisfied.
- Build a good relationship with the staff in the department and with other departments in the hotel.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, training courses on reception.

- Support hotel management with administrative tasks.
