ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures adherence to quality standards in all procurement activities and processes, and further improves the procurement processes by proposing sourcing strategies and suggesting improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability for timely delivery on projects.
  • Be in-charge of Operation Procurement expenses including: Facilities, Administration Services, IT, Sale & Marketing Services, Office renovation and maintenance...
  • Evaluate and manage purchase requests from all departments within the assigned categories and liaise with internal stakeholders through the entire procurement process
  • Work out effective solution during process, consult, convince user to follow to save cost or reduce processing time
  • Participate in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes.
  • Minding risk – ensure business compliance with all related laws, regulations, internal procurement policies & processes;
  • Identifying business needs, building relationships and selling the features and benefits of early procurement involvement effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to produce better savings and further value added.
  • Monitor procurement budget and expenditure.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review Vendor’s performance to propose recommendations for future business dealings.
  • Building vendor database and maintain relationship with Vendors to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
  • Follow up and build renewal plan for Principle contracts of specific goods & services
  • Data analysis and statistics report
  • Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years working experience in Indirect Procurement related to Facilities, Administration Services, IT, Sale & Marketing Services, Office renovation and maintenance...
  • Good communication
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skill, result focus.
  • A Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or another related field
  • Good at English (ielts 6.0)

Ngân hàng TMCP Quốc Dân – NCB được thành lập từ năm 1995 theo Giấy phép số 00057/NH–CP ngày 18/09/1995 của Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam dưới tên gọi Ngân hàng Sông Kiên. Sau đó, từ một ngân hàng nông thôn, NCB đã chuyển đổi quy mô thành ngân hàng đô thị, đổi tên thành Ngân hàng TMCP Nam Việt– Navibank. Đến năm 2014, NCB chính thức được đổi tên thành NH TMCP Quốc Dân – NCB. Trải qua 28 năm hoạt động, NCB đã từng bước khẳng định được vị thế thương hiệu trên thị trường tài chính – tiền tệ Việt Nam.
