We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, particularly in the IT sector. In addition to recruitment, this role will also be responsible for employer branding, working with recruitment agencies, and supporting HR activities that foster a positive company culture.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment
- Source, connect with, and build a talent pool of qualified and potential candidates in the IT field for all levels of roles across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create relevant hiring requirements.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status, interview feedback, and any challenges in the hiring process.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, building trust and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless interview process.
- Conduct post-interview feedback and follow up with candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies (e.g., career sites, outsourcing agencies, headhunters) and manage related partnerships.
- Ensure fair hiring practices and compliance with ISO standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Sales Team by finding and providing resumes for tenders as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate pipeline.
Branding
- Implement initiatives to enhance the company’s employment brand (e.g. employees’ testimonial, spotlight,...) and improve the candidate experience.
Other HR Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other members of the HRA Dept. to organize company events and activities that enhance company culture and employee engagement.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including general administrative duties.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role, with a focus on the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ability to think out of the box and take initiative in the tasks assigned.
- High sense of service, responsibility, having a positive & can-do attitude, and focusing on solutions & results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Understanding of recruitment compliance, fair hiring practices, and ISO standards is a plus.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Fintech IOT industry and can arouse the candidates with innovative solutions is preferable.
