Mô tả công việc

• Developing, executing, and overseeing GM's daily and meeting agendas.
• Document the minutes of the GM's meeting with EXCOM and various departments of the company.
• Process and manage incoming/ outgoing dispatches of the GM's office.
• Examine and complete paperwork, official letters, and contracts for submission to the GM for authorization.
• Organizing the GM's documents and records.
• Oversee, coordinate, and direct GM operations for the departments.
• Assist the GM's office with administrative duties such as greeting customers and partners
• Report compilation directed by GM.
• Execute any other duties assigned by GM.

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Supervisory experience will be an advantage
