Mô tả Công việc
Build forecasting models and supply planning
- Develop and maintain effective forecast models based on pharmaceutical trends and demand patterns, ensuring efficient supply based on future demand.
- Take responsibility to place the monthly forecast, and monthly order to the Factory.
- Challenge and analyze sales forecasting numbers and implement solutions how to improve forecast accuracy, and satisfy customer demand.
- Implement and lead Weekly meetings, Demand meetings, and SOP meetings.
- Inventory management, minimize slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Other assigned tasks by the Line Manager.
Coordinate departments
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Project Coordinator to develop an effective forecast model.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on changes in sales forecasts, and budgets. Ability to identify problems/issues.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Review sales history, the marketing strategies the company has used to promote products and stimulate growth, and, ultimately, evaluate their effectiveness.
- Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, replenishment, and sales revenue planning to manage potential availability issues and the impact of over/underconsumption.
- Analyze and implement safety stock for each SKU.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for demand forecasting, inventory management, and safety stock levels.
- Work closely with Supply Planning to balance and optimize inventory and customer service
- Review item forecasts for new, existing, and discontinued products.
- Implement supply chain management systems in demand to enhance visibility, traceability, and data accuracy.
- Drive continuous capability building in the demand planning for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards and laws.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team.
Market research and supplier updates
- Analyze and evaluate external price trends to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs.
Reports
- Making reports as assigned by the manager.
- Other tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or BOD

REQUIREMENT
- Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English (4 skills)
- Have 5+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, especially in Demand planning.
- Have 3+ years working in a pharmaceutical-cosmetic company.
- Priority is given to candidates working in import-export - Purchasing goods for medical equipment companies, pharmaceutical-cosmetic companies, and related industries.
- Strong in system SAP/APO, familiar with ERP systems and manufacturing environment.
- Excellent in data analysis: Python, Excel, Power BI, and SQL (preferred). And statistical forecasting with track records
- Strong in end-to-end Supply Chain view, Demand planning process, forecasting, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
- Leadership in continuous improvement and clear direction.
- Agile with fluctuation/change, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong in inventory management, project management, and time management.
- Strong communication skills. Having consulting experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt easily and handle several tasks at one time
- Customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form
- Well-organized with the ability to determine priorities with little supervision
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database applications
- Careful, responsible for jobs
- Ability to resolve problems, work under high pressure and challenges, systematic and detailed focus.
