* Collect and analysis sales data for reporting sales situation of every brand
- Collecting and update sales data of GT customer from admin team in every day
- Analysising sales data available to give weekly detailed plan, monthly detailed plan for reminding PIC on distribution situation based on sales data of GT channel extracted from system.
+ Visit and Collect the display of each store by picture, and advise the improvement based on the data and pictures of each stores.
+ Deploy the display and promotion activities is best way for GT retailer to achieve stable and enough offtake from consumers
+ Control the inventory of each store, and ask to update if any
* Find out the problems in sales operation and suggest the suitable solution to improve management
- Based on the analysis to make the weekly report of problem on selling, delivering, stock, coverage at store and give the suggestion to solve problem
- Based on the problem with evidence to give the action plan with timeline, person in charge to improving sales volum and management in accordance with brand
- Give process, form, evaluation for managing the progress of each item and confirm the final result until each item completed.
* In charge of training for sales department (GT).
- Review and giving the training plan in quarterly, yearly for sales team on product knowledge, data management, sales skills.
- Build and complete full training roadmap for sales team
