JOB PURPOSE
1. Develop direction and development strategy for Data - Research and Development (R&D) Division to ensure the orientation to become the largest investment banking service provider in the market.

3. Organize, implement, operate, control and develop products, processes and working standards of functional areas according to current regulations, ensure completion of assigned plans, meet requirements and in the direction of the Investment Banking segment.
4. Ensure active and close coordination with other departments within Techcom Securities (TCBS) and Techcom Capital (TCC) as well as other related departments of Techcombank system and to deploy and develop new products and services. quantitative models, pioneering investment financial technology products in the market.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Develop the budget according to the year's operating plan, manage the functional budget's operating budget according to the approved limit.
2. Develop, decide on the orientation and implement the operations within the scope of Data - R&D Division in accordance with the operational orientation of the Investment Banking Division.
3. Develop policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on R&D operations.
4. Participate in the Investment Banking project to build, structure and develop new products.
5. Work with the Technology Director to build projects and participate in the negotiation and evaluation of financial technology product service contracts.
6. Participating in projects as Project Manager or member in close coordination with subsidiaries/members/tool companies, business divisions and related departments of Techcombank, TCBS and TCC to deploy the project in the most optimal way.
7 Deploy the assignment of specific tasks to each Specialist/Team Leader in the functional area, operating and controlling the activities of the management team in order to directly participate in R&D operations.
8. Receive and plan, assign, coordinate and supervise the implementation of assigned work plans by individuals and management the unit according to the operation orientation of the Investment Banking sector, specifically can:
- Analyze business requirements, researching and understanding investment financial products in order to offer appropriate solutions in line with the strategy of R&D and the investment banking sector.
- Digitize products and services through direct coordination and coordination with product-related units such as Financial Solutions, Capital Management, Sales and Distribution, Operations, Accounting, Customer Care and Marketing, thereby reducing costs and increasing sales volume and efficiency.
- Build, collect, manage and operate internal and market data as well as research and analyze these data to provide information and direction to help the Board of Directors make strategic decisions as well as optimize business operations thereby increasing advantages. market competition.
- Build and develop quantitative models, related to financial and investment products. The models include calculation of product criteria such as yield, profitability, liquidity, risk, etc.
- Responsible for designing, developing and publishing automated reports for business units. Ensure the accuracy of input data.
- Evangelize the importance of strong data products and innovation with internal and external partners.
- Assign subordinates and/or directly coordinate with relevant departments to complete assigned projects.
- Monitor the coordination of department members with relevant departments to ensure the completion of the transaction.
9. Influence and create positive and close coordination between R&D and departments of TCC, TCBS as well as related departments of Techcombank to achieve the highest efficiency for the common goal of the Banking segment. Investment - Techcombank.
10. Establish and maintain a close system with State management agencies: State Securities Commission, Depository Center, Exchange, Supervisory Bank, etc.

SUCCESS PROFILE
Degree/Professional:
- University degree or higher majoring in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Economics and Econometrics, Information Technology
- Priority to have international degrees and professional certificates in Finance, Investment, Information Technology
Experience:
- Professional experience: Preferably have worked for more than 15 years in related fields such as banking, finance, investment, structured products in banks, financial institutions or enterprises;
- Management experience: Requires at least 10 years of experience in management and administration.
