Medical Consultation and Treatment:

• Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnose health conditions.

• Provide treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.

• Ensure all medical practices comply with Vietnamese medical regulations and clinic standards.

Patient Consultation and Follow-up:

• Interpret lab test results and provide comprehensive explanations to patients.

• Offer consultation and medical advice via phone for pre-test and post-test follow-ups.

• Address patient inquiries, ensuring clarity and support throughout their care journey.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Prepare and review medical reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and clinic policies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records.

Collaboration and Team Support:

• Work closely with the laboratory and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Participate in internal training and contribute to the continuous improvement of the clinic’s services.

• Coordinate with Laboratory and Medical Marketing team in building medical content

• Participate in product development including the lab-test panel, treatment plan, examination package,….

• Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the company's promotional and communication activities.

• Cooperate with Branch Operations division and Customer service department improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Revenue Growth and Efficiency:

• Provide high-quality medical consultations and treatments that encourage patient trust and satisfaction, contributing to the clinic’s positive reputation and patient retention.

• Actively participate in initiatives to expand services by identifying patient needs and promoting additional clinic offerings in line with ethical and medical standards.

• Support efforts to improve efficiency by following established protocols, minimizing waste, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize the patient experience and workflow.

Coach and provide training to clinics and branch’s team

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.

Experience and skills requirements: 

- Medical Degree from a reputable university, degree I
- To have practicing license (certified by DoH of HCMC)
- At least 8 years relevant experience as an Internal Medicine Physician in a hospital setting or busy practice and still practice actively currently
- Skilled in examining adult patients to ensure care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
- Knowledgeable in prescribing required tests and perform follow-up visits, refer patients to specialists
- Valid doctor’s vaccination certificate is preferred
- Fluency in English
