Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the creative effectiveness of content, design, and video for ad activities.
• Plan and execute video production for ad campaigns or general company initiatives.
• Oversee product images, content, and video for ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Zalo, etc.
• Develop and implement customer insight research, consolidate findings, and analyze data to inform content creation activities.
• Build, direct, manage, and execute content plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with relevant teams in Sales, Marketing, and PR activities.
• Monitor, coordinate, review, and evaluate the performance and outcomes of team members.
• Participate in organizing and training team members in skills and professional knowledge.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Graduated from college or higher, preferably in Multimedia Communications or with coursework in design, video production, or similar fields.
• Experience in creating Facebook ad content, especially video.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to think creatively, analyze content, and convey ideas effectively.
• Strong skills in communication, management, training, and team development.
• A desire and commitment to long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Monthly salary range: 35-50 million VND.
