A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ working in an educational or service-based industry.
Demonstrated high level communication skills, written and spoken (English and Vietnamese).
Well-developed and demonstrable strong interpersonal skills, including flexible negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural communication specifically related to excellent customer service and sales functions.
Demonstrated good presentation skills in front of large number of audiences.
Experience of data input and maintenance of CRM type records with high level of attention to detail and accuracy when inputting, managing and communicating information.
Ability to generate a variety of activity reports.
Demonstrated in implementing new processes.
Well-developed planning, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to supervise, coordinate and/or implement tasks in a timely fashion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Awareness of current challenges and ‘best practice’ in relation to customer service.
