Responsible for carrying out legal work related to project implementation in the planning, design, investment, land, factory, construction permit, and environmental stages.
Advise the Board of Directors on project legal matters, and develop and control the process and submit project approval from the project approval stage until the project is completed.
Organize and prepare implementation documents related to project legal procedures.
Work with state and local management agencies to carry out legal work for the Company's projects
Establish, build and maintain relationships with local authorities.
Synthesize legal documents, draft documents to send to competent state agencies to implement the project.
Contact, contact, and work directly with departments, branches, and functional agencies related to assigned work; Prepare preliminary investment project proposal reports and draft relevant documents for approval of investment policies, appraisal of basic designs, appraisal of fire prevention and fighting, construction permits for factories and works, acceptance of factories/works into use.
Implement, supervise, prepare legal procedures during the preparation, implementation, exploitation and operation of the Project;

Proficient in investment procedures, development of Green Energy system construction projects
Understanding of planning, investment, land, construction permits.
Proficient in using project software, autocad, word, power point, excel...
Ability to analyze and read technical drawings, construction designs.
Good management and organization skills.

Ability and skills to establish and maintain good relationships with agencies, units, and individuals to carry out assigned tasks.
