1. Solution Design:

Develop end-to-end Power BI solutions including:

• Data Modeling and Design:
• Design, develop, and maintain data models that support business processes and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• ETL Development:
• Develop and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to efficiently move data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the ETL process.
• Report and Dashboard Creation:
• Create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Customize and enhance existing reports to meet evolving business needs

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, proposing and implementing strategies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and address their analytical needs.

3. Performance Tuning and Optimization

• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions, ensuring efficient query execution and responsiveness.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience

4. Documentation and Training:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of BI tools

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• License & Certificate: Certifications in relevant BI technologies is a plus.
• English level: Good
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
• Expertise in data modelling, ETL development, and report/dashboard creation.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation.
