JOB PURPOSE

• Lead AI R&D to build a next-gen simulation platform for e-commerce, advertising, and supply chain optimization.
• Design and develop advanced AI systems leveraging Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning.
• Architect scalable AI pipelines - from data ingestion and modeling to experimentation and deployment.
• Bridge research and applied AI, translating state-of-the-art models into business-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Mentor and build a high-performing AI team, cultivating a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
• Shape the company’s AI strategy and infrastructure roadmap, influencing technology choices and ecosystem integration.

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

Propose AI Solutions

• Propose automation and AI solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Prioritize and plan high-impact AI initiatives.

Lead Development Execution

• Turn approved ideas into clear action plans.
• Manage the technical team to build and deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Build & Lead the AI Team

• Hire, train, and mentor AI engineers
• Lead best practices in development and experimentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.
• Align AI initiatives with business needs.
• Support digital transformation across Y4A

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning.
• Deep expertise in Reinforcement Learning (RLHF, Multi-Agent RL, Policy Optimization) and Deep
• Learning architectures (Bert, Transformers, GNNs, GAN, VAE, etc.).
• Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, or simulation systems.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML/DL/RL systems into production. Help other teams build predictive, forecasting, and anomaly detection models.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, scalable model deployment, and data infrastructure.
• Track record of end-to-end AI innovation - from concept to production.
• Exceptional communication and leadership - able to guide engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders toward a unified AI vision.
• Passion for turning theoretical advances into real-world impact.
• Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, Pytorch, AI SDKs
