What You'll Do

• Support IT operations across retail stores, offices, and warehouses through on-site and remote assistance.

• Resolve technical issues involving networks, hardware, POS systems, and business applications, working with external vendors when needed.

• Manage daily network operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure stability and security.

• Lead infrastructure and retail technology projects, including system upgrades and global rollouts.

• Improve and document IT processes, standards, and operational procedures.

• Oversee IT vendors, assets, and inventories in line with internal policies.

• Provide support outside normal hours for critical store operations when needed
  
  

• A degree in IT or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or network-focused roles.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking (Juniper and/or Meraki preferred).

• Experience managing or delivering IT projects.

• Good working proficiency in English & willing to travel as needed.

• Familiarity with retail systems or POS environments is a plus.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and customer focus.
