Looking for a Senior Web Engineer/ Solutions Architect with background in web development to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will not only be a technical leader, driving the design and implementation of robust and scalable web applications, but also a key mentor for our junior developers and a trusted technical partner to our Product Owners.

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Guide the design, development, and implementation of new web applications and core system modules, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and maintainable.
• System Ownership: Manage key components of our web infrastructure, including existing systems and legacy code, to ensure their stability, performance, and security.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions. Provide precise technical estimates, plan project timelines, and contribute to discussions on the technical roadmap.
• Integration Expertise: Design and implement seamless integrations with essential third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and AI services/models) to enhance our platform's capabilities.

Requirements:

- Extensive Web Development Experience: Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex web applications from conception to production.
- Strong Background in E-commerce Domain (Preferred): Strong understanding of the challenges and common patterns in the e-commerce space.
- Database Mastery: Deep expertise in designing database schemas, optimizing queries, and managing databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Distributed Systems & Messaging: Hands-on experience working with message queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Programming Languages: open for various languages but welcome those who are willing to learn more about Elixir, Golang, Node.js
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- Message Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka - Containerization: Docker - DevOps: CI/CD, GitHub Actions
