Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Create and manage automation scripts using various test tools and languages.
• Write, execute, and manage automated test cases.
• Work closely with development teams, QA analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test automation strategies.
• Participate in regular scrum and sprint planning meetings.
• Identify test automation opportunities and help drive improvements in the testing process.
• Continuously improve the robustness and efficiency of test suites.
• Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to identify any potential quality issues
• Maintain strong communication across teams & departments to develop needs analysis, requirements, and operational planning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in QA testing
• Provide regular reports and updates on testing status and implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall QA efficiency and effectiveness

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Experience in using automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a waterfall development strategy, as well as Agile/Scrum methodology
• Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates)
