(1) OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

GA staff is responsible for support HR and other departments

(2) BROAD SCOPE:

GA support

(3) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure to monthly payroll to OS employees (checking with OS vendor & confirm to FI).

- Timely assit HR in paper works if any arising such as interview preparation, welcome new commers, employees profile & related documents checking, merger resignation docs ...

- Effectively support HR in proceeding purchase & payment process (request quotation & collect vendor code's documents, receive invoice & related papers to timely submit Accounting for payment, docs storage).

- Submit approval cash advance monthly party and collect invoice to claim again

- Collect and check all business expenses, submit to Accounting part for payment

- Receive all HR-GA requests from other departments, submit HR timely to give the best supports to employees

- Report to HR Mgr

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

− University graduated

(b) EXPERIENCE:

− Min 1-2 year of experience of relevant experience

(c) SKILLS:

− Fluent with MS Office, Excel

− Able to work under high pressure.
