This is a hybrid sales position with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and build up the solution together with internal stake holders to have the proposal to offer customer. The key responsibilities are connecting with customer to build and maintain strong relationships, develop a deep understanding of the logistics solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Safety:
• Ensure at all times adhere to occupational health & safety policy, health and safety procedures and legislative requirements
• Ensure safety is a first agenda item work schedule.
• Initiate actions to improve health and safety within area of responsibility.
• Apply, deploy all the regulations on company' s HSE, code of conduct in all cases, business contracts
Analyze:
• Forge relationships and liaise as required with Linfox's senior functional management
• Preparation of papers/case studies which contribute to the business solutions planning of Linfox operations generally as requested.
• Work closely with research institutions in capture effective research materials
• Undertake both general and specific research/market analysis designed to serve business solution.
• Utilize the Linfox computerized business modelling tools to derive benefits for Linfox Vietnam and its customers.
• Analyze customer business needs to develop customized business management solutions.
• As required contribute to the negotiation of contracts and implementation of business proposals.
Leadership:
• Shares information within the organization.
• Adopts the most appropriate style and approach for different circumstances.
• Closes deals or discussions with clear agreement and understanding on both sides.

Task:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers
• Handle new tender: prepare for RFI, RFQ documents, collect data, transport rate information, operating knowledge, transportation, operation cost (People cost, Indirect & Direct Cost) for analysis and solution.
• Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers
• Present solution to internal stake holders to get approval
• Support Commercial manager to develop Capital Approval Model (CAM) for Regional Approval in timely manner.
• Weekly update Business Development Pipeline report to GM in timely manner.
• Perform ad-hoc business analysis as and when required included researching industries, markets, and leads to find new prospects ..etc

• Previous experience in business solutions and development
• Ability to present business concepts and proposals succinctly and convincingly to senior management groups and customers
Education, Qualification: University degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent
Language: English, fluently (writing and speaking)
Work Experience: Understanding of warehouse and transport operations
• Ability to research and analyse data
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capability to prepare to draft papers, case studies and presentation pack on research topics
Personality: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Sex: Male and Female
Other requirements (if any): Experience in logistics, supply chain industry, IT-Microsoft offices
