- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Identify and approach potential clients
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients/ prospects to improve sales revenue.
- Create plans to visit clients or set up meetings with potential clients and implement these plans to listen their wishes and concerns hence enhancing the relationships.
- Prepare marketing materials, sales kit for sales activities (Brochures, presentation, service capability, price list, gift initiative, etc…)
- Collect marketing information (both about industries and competitors) in order to suggest proper selling schemes for SBU/BU Manager’s approval. Study the current market trends and develop marketing strategy/ plans to penetrate to different segments of the market.
- Build, maintain and update the accessible, transparent, complete and detailed client information files.
- Weekly and monthly update client revenues, sales activity and marketing plans. Monitor client performance and have proper actions to improve their performance. Update work forecast to secure revenue and plan selling strategy in short term.
- Prepare weekly/ monthly business report which includes sales achievement, project approach, market information, competitors’ activities to SBU/ BU Manager.
- Manage bad-debt and coordinate with customer service team to collect outstanding debts.
- Work closely with Customer Service team to shape a best selling mode and deliver good offers to client; avoid different communications by Sales and Customer Service to clients.
- Coordinate with Customer Service team to prepare/ suggest selling prices, discount levels to key clients for SBU/ BU Manager’s approval.
