Draft and prepare Sales Contracts and Service Contracts in a precise, lawful, and risk-aware manner, anticipating potential risks arising from business and service activities, and ensuring contracts are structured to maximize the legitimate rights and interests of the Company.

Review the legal validity of Sales and Service Contracts; demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial and business law; identify unfavorable terms and contractual risks, and propose revisions to partners; add necessary clauses to fully protect the Company’s interests.

Draft and process dossiers for advertising confirmation, promotion notifications, and e-commerce website registration in accordance with applicable regulations.

Prepare legal documentation and carry out procedures related to business registration, changes to enterprise information, branch registration, and other corporate legal formalities.

Draft administrative and corporate documents including reports, decisions, internal notices, powers of attorney, internal rules and regulations, official letters, minutes, resolutions, and internal corporate decisions, as well as correspondence with clients and partners.

Draft litigation documents such as statements of claim, legal submissions, complaints, counterclaims, etc.; participate in legal proceedings as an authorized legal representative when required.

Liaise and work directly with relevant state authorities to resolve legal and administrative matters.

Provide legal advice to the Board of Management and HR on matters related to labor law, wages and remuneration, handle internal disputes and labor disciplinary cases; participate in or contribute to the development of the Company’s internal legal and policy framework.

Prepare and carry out procedures for cosmetic product declaration and functional food registration with the Ministry of Health (training will be provided if no prior experience).

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar legal position is preferred.
