The Senior Executive cum CEO Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the CEO in both strategic and operational matters, acting as a trusted partner to ensure effective execution across functions.

Executive and Strategic support to CEO

• Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution tracking, and priority management.
• Prepare executive-level materials including reports, presentations, business analysis, and decision briefs.
• Follow up on key initiatives, ensuring alignment, timelines, and outcomes across departments.
• Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.

Business operations & Cross-functional coordination

• Work closely with functional heads (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Operations, HR, Finance) to monitor performance and key projects.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; propose actionable solutions.
• Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives, transformation projects, or new business models.

Data, reporting & decision support

• Consolidate and analyze business data to support management decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights related to performance, growth, and efficiency.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research when required.

Additional projects and growth initiatives

• Lead or co-lead additional projects assigned by the CEO
• Participate in strategic discussions related to growth initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance. MBA is required and strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in roles related to Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or similar.
• Experience in fast-growing companies, FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or Consumer businesses is a strong plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to see both big picture and details.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and execution capability.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong in change management and system thinking.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Saturday (morning): Online working session
