Job Summary
As the Retail Manager for Dat Bike's D2C 3S Stores, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, optimizing retail operations, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience (CX) at our stores. You will be responsible for managing sales, service, and spare parts teams to deliver on business objectives while building strong retail processes and elevating the Dat Bike brand.
Responsibilities
Sales and Growth
Drive retail sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor store performance metrics and lead initiatives to boost sales and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and regional sales teams to ensure store activities align with regional growth strategies.
Retail Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of sales, service, and spare parts at the store level, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.
Manage inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize stock rotation for spare parts to ensure customer demands are met.
Implement and refine operational processes, aiming to streamline activities across sales, service, and parts departments for optimal efficiency.
Customer Experience (CX)
Create a welcoming, engaging, and efficient retail environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Build and train a high-performing, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy, turning customer interactions into brand loyalty.
Process Building and Optimization
Establish retail processes for sales, service, and spare parts management to ensure consistency and scalability as the business grows.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting and Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Use data insights to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement in all areas of store performance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive industry or in selling physical tech products (At least 10 stores), with proven track record to meet and exceed goals (Prefer from MWG, FPT Shop, Centre Retail,...)
Experience managing multi-service retail environments (sales, service, and spare parts) is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in customer experience management and team leadership.
Superb critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Versatile and results driven.
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Ability to travel (10-30%) required.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
