Responsibilities

• Monthly cashflow and expense forecasting
• In charge of monthly booking in AR, AP, GL, FA, cost management
• Conduct the monthly calculation, quarterly declaration, and yearly finalization (CIT, PIT, VAT, and other tax) 
• Checking and reviewing all terms related to financial and accounting issues of purchasing and distributor contracts
• Prepare financial statements and other necessary reports as stipulated by local and group regulations
• Ensuring timely and accurate closing and submission of accounts on consolidation system according to Head quarter requirements
• Coordinate and work with internal auditors, external auditors, tax officers, and other officials as necessary
• In charge of payroll related, including staff contract preparation, monthly payroll calculation
• Responsible for monthly financial reports including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, payroll, inventory, AR aging and others
• Prepare supporting documents to the auditor for external and internal audit
• Assist business department with inventory management and conduct monthly physical inventory checking

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in accounting & financial control at FDI trading companies

Working independently.

Income: 37 mil VND Gross.
