Upselling: Learn techniques for upselling menu items, special offers, and resort signature dishes, enhancing the guest experience and resort revenue.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests throughout their meal, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area, including setting up and clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring dining areas are ready for new guests.
Knowledge of Menu: Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the resort’s menu, daily specials, wine list, and available beverages to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Handling Payments: Learn how to accurately process guest payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Problem Resolution: Observe how to manage guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
Training: Participate in training sessions to develop skills in food and beverage service, customer service, safety protocols, and the resort’s service standards.
Health & Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are followed during service.

Experience: No prior experience is required; however, any customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Duration: 3 - 6 months.
