Job Objective:
Supervise IT staff to work follow SOP
To support all departments, about IT, hardwares, softwares and Networking.
Scope of work:
EDD Supports & implementation.
In charge of control about IT devices of company, hardwares, softwares, & networking.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Ensure that activities related to network, computer, server systems, IT devices of company is controlled, solved timely and aligned with regulation.
Manage Handheld of company.
Manage SFA (Sales Force Automation) Vietnam system:
Manage SFA web system.
Support SAP ERP software.
Training Sales Admin of EDD using SFA web (Sales Order, Customer Data,...).
Keep tracking and support salesman when running SFA.
Fixing issues of SFA mobile application.
Training salesman for using SFA mobile application.
Support EDD project:
Prepare quotations, contracts; follow process of installation or delivery until finish: Construction, CCTV, Internet & Telephone Service, Office Assets, Fingerprint Scanner, Air Conditioner, PC & Printer, Handlift & Trolley and other products which request from Board of Manager.

Proficient at Windows OS. and MS. Office.

MCSA/MCSE
Graduation university
Ability to work overtime to meet deadline
Strong commitment to business ethics.
At least 3 working years in IT & Networking
