I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Coordinate and assist in projects related to:
  • Develop a technical training framework (define KSAs, training matrix, training curriculum, training materials, etc.).
  • Enhance the induction training program.
• Assist in the organization of training events.
• Participate in initiatives that promote a learning culture: producing e-learning videos, library, writing articles, etc.
• Compile training data and results.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge:

• 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Human Resource Management/ English/ Business Administration/ Law - Legal/… or other related majors.

2. Skills

• Collaboration, situational adaptability, and nimble learning competencies are important.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Video shooting and editing skills are essential.
• English is required.

3. Experience:

• Experience in organizing events is a significant advantage.
