· Assist manager in market research and competitive analysis skills to understand the market.
· Follow up Approved budget.
· Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.

· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
· Analyze financial data on new projects and create financial models for managers' decision support.
· Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
· Analyze past results, perform variant analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.1. Qualification:
· College, Bachelor's degree or relevant certificate.
2. Knowledge:
· Good knowledge of retail & fashion.
3. Experience:
· Female, At least 2-3 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails.
4. Skill/ competence:
· Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must.
· Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels.
· Experience in a sales driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills.
· Close attention to detail.
· Good in communication both English & Vietnamese.
