Groom and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are well- defined and ready for development.
Drive user adoption and retention strategies, ensuring that the product delivers continuous value and meets engagement goals.
Develop detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and new opportunities to grow the product.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (marketing, development, sales) to define product features, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely releases.
Interview and analyze end- user needs to ensure product development aligns with market demands.
Plan product releases and upgrades, ensuring smooth rollouts to users.
Lead the development of automated sales products including livestream sales, chatbot, and lead center, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.
Monitor product performance metrics, including user adoption, engagement, and conversion rates, and use these insights to iterate on the product.
Support key clients directly, providing hands- on advice, running pilots, and helping clients optimize their sales processes with our tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in advertising and marketing is a must. Candidates with hands- on experience running ads (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) or working as marketers are highly preferred.
Comfortable with multitasking, managing conflicting priorities, and working under pressure to meet deadlines
Willingness to take initiative, work in a fast- paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience in online selling (whether for personal or professional purposes) is a plus.
Familiarity with livestream sales and social commerce is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Hands- on approach: This role requires someone who is willing to get involved directly with customers, run pilots, and help them succeed with our products.
At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. Candidates with experience in marketing, advertising, or sales, especially within the e- commerce field, are highly encouraged to apply.
Passion for product management, marketing, and social commerce.
Preferred Experience
Candidates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to support customers, including running pilot programs and offering advice on how to leverage the product for better sales results, will stand out.
Previous experience working with brands or retail chains and managing large- scale marketing or sales automation projects.
Experience with livestream sales or managing chatbots is a strong plus.
Hands- on experience running marketing campaigns or selling products through online channels.
