Mô tả Công việc
- Conduct training & coaching needs analysis of assigned collections frontline teams to propose and develop appropriate training & coaching programs
- Develop documents according to training and coaching programs agreed with management level of the assigned collections teams
- Plan and prepare necessary steps to implement training & coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams.
- Implement training and coaching programs agreed with management level in forms appropriate to characteristics of assigned collections teams
- Statistics, analysis, and reporting on results of implementation of training and coaching programs agreed with management level of assigned collections teams and propose solutions to improve implementation efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree
- Have knowledge of Finance & Banking industry
- 02 - 03 years of experience working in training positions prefer working experience related to Collections Call or Field.
- Good at Communication, presentation, Negotiation skills
- Proficient office computer skills
- Basic English skills
