Responsibilities

Support to drive factory operational readiness by leveraging partner resources and support ongoing efficiency and improvement from ramp to End of Life (EOL).
Work with OEM partners as directed by the superior to support them in ensuring performance goals for End-to-End Yield, Scrap Cost, Quality, Turn Around Time and Throughput are met or exceeded.
Support the superior in communicating and mitigating operational risk; work closely with OEMs to figure out line bring-ups, qualification, material availability and quality issues. Support to secure capacity based on quarterly and weekly forecasts.
Support the superior to prepare communication plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning, adapt plans based on changing requirements as directed.
Coordinate with OEM and Operations teams to prioritize critical shipments or orders; and support to ensure orders ship clearly as scheduled.
