JOB DESCRIPTION

Account management

  • Take charge of the entire B2B Sales Process from lead generation, solution consulting, proposal development, contract negotiations & deal closure.
  • Target and acquire enterprise clients, including Top VN500 and Mega Accounts companies (e.g., large corporations in manufacturing, retail, and logistics).
  • Interact closely with the clients to get the client’ needs.
  • Deliver compelling proposal demos, addressing client questions and concerns with finesse and confidence.
  • Negotiate on proposal aspects such as pricing, implementation & terms, etc. to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly and meet the client’ needs.
  • Act as the main contact point for problem-solving during running the project


REQUIREMENTS

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Account Manager.
  • Having experience in the IT Outsourcing (ITO), Time & Materials (T&M), and Custom Software Solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, and Cloud services) field or working as an international salesperson
  • Knowledge of digital solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Good in English.
