Mô tả công việc
1. Make Sale order for Sales dept: Receive new customer purchase information and transfer it to the team leader, update customer information on the company database
2. Support issues related to SAP and CRM (open product code, create and support clear projects on CRM, create new customers, create short names, create templates...)
3. Coordinate with Lab department to send relevant documents to sales as: MOA, COA, MSDS, CO, ...
4. Order samples and send samples to customers according to sales dept requirements and save sample sending information
5. Coordinate with the seller to prepare the sales contract, check its legality, and submit it to superiors for signature.
6. Monitor and manage the company's catalog/ brochures
7. Other tasks as required by superiors

Yêu cầu công việc
• College degree or higher - Major: Business administration.
• Should have at least 1 year of experience in sales admin
• Fluent English
• Prefer good at SAP & CRM.
• Proficient in Office Excel/ Word.
