JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Manager in Hong Kong to prepare and co-ordinate information related to specific projects and or regular analysis for Asia business (including Vietnam business)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Manager in Hong Kong to prepare and co-ordinate information related to specific projects and or regular analysis for Asia business (including Vietnam business)
Support in annual budget review and preparation
Prepare presentation slides / PowerBI report for Sourcing Department review for sourcing KPI and slides for CEO review during Annual budget / quarter review (if need)
Prepare and develop monthly report and detail analysis; e.g. material cost variance impact / project update, and show the monthly change / trend with explanation or findings
The job required work together with / support local & oversea sourcing team (purchasing team)/ analysis area include the cost analysis (material / BOM) and suppliers data analysis by collecting information cross different team / department / system
Consolidate the data from different finance team in different location and prepare the monthly comparison for data with explanation
Work with IT to do some project improvement such as automation of existing report / automation of data analysisYêu Cầu Công Việc
Good at English skill both verbal& written
Computer knowledge: Familiar Microsoft excel and PowerPoint; Power BI
Accounting / Finance / Costing background prefer
Experience related to Accounting / Finance analyst (prepare budget & forecast) / audit, experience related to manufacturing would be better, (experience require 5 - 6 years, if more experience may consider as Assistant Manager)
Analytical-mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
Details-oriented, committed, and able to work independent and under tight deadlines
Able to handle multi-tasking
Working Location: SHTP - Dist.9 - Thu Duc - HCMC. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong, Dong NaiLaptop
