1. Build and Maintain BI Reporting System:
Design, develop, and implement BI solutions to support various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business operations.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
3. Data Engineering:
Collaborate with Data Engineers to design, maintain, and stabilize ETL pipelines.
Collaborate with Data Engineers onData Management (Data Storage, Data Integration)
Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and analysis.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes.
4. Support Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
Provide support in delivering data-driven insights to aid in strategic initiatives, such as market analysis, customer segmentation, and product performance evaluation.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of stores, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the retail industry.
Basic understanding of Data Engineering, such as knowledge of ETL Flows and centralized data management.
Intermediate proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. Intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
Experience with BI/analytics/statistics tools
Basic technical/functional knowledge in data systems (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Experience in reading API documentation and testing APIs using tools like Postman is a plus.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
