Follow the process of production according to production planning.
Summary data related to production (WIP, BOM, Material, Manpower...) to report daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Manage all issues related to manpower in production daily (report, attendance, providing personal protective equipment, tools....).
Work with other relevant departments.
Ensure all the reports related to production are timely and smooth.
Summary the number of headcounts, PPE, equipment, etc, and submit to Production Manager.
Take responsibility as a member of integrated management system (IMS) relating to production station and office: communicate IMS policy and KPI; track periodical KPI; establish or revise documentation; prepare for internal audit, certification body audit, customer audit, complete correction, corrective action report (if any), prepare input for management review, give proposed improvement idea (if any).

University level is required.
At least 3 years experience working in a manufacturing factory as production data analyst/ production data control/ production admin.
Understand the production management system.
Familiar with the MES system in production.
High level in English.
