• Direct and manage all sales activities (reservations, events) to maximize revenue for the hotel.
• Prepare, implement, and compile data for the sales plan, monthly reports, annual sales and marketing budgets, and/or as required at any given time.
• Survey and analyze competitors, market trends, customer demand, and feedback to proactively adapt to actual business conditions.
• Develop new plans and programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of current plans and programs.
• Manage and direct all advertising and public relations activities of the hotel.
• Ensure recruitment, training, guidance, counseling, and appropriate development for team members.
• Manage performance issues within the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams.
• Maintain customer and employee satisfaction while ensuring competitiveness in the market and exceptional financial performance.
• Always represent the image of the hotel within the BRG Group system by demonstrating professional behavior and ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the DOSM position at luxury hotel brands
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Tourism
• English: Proficient in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
