Mô tả công việc
- Conducting surveys and assessments of all corporations (Poongin branch) about quality production.
- Implement Quality Control - beginning to finish products, leading with a quality mindset to all employees.
- Developing the Right First Time and SOP.
- Traveling all corporations (Poongin branch) to monitor garment manufacturing from product development partnerships with the team optimizing performance across production, keeping abreast of the industry Quality initiative trends.
- Manufacturing innovation and keeping up efficient manufacturing performance in production of all corporations (our PI branch).
- Improving factory capability and QMS as per client’s expectation and TQM standards, set up KPIs.
- Managing Poongin total quality manufacturing.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Educational background : college graduate or higher
- Over 10 years work experience in related to quality control/quality assurance
- Experienced in global brand quality management or quality-related work
- Ability to production-related, capable of creating and modifying patterns, and quality-related training
- Willing to travel regularly for work
- Foreigner is refer
