Collection Support Officer is an integral part of the Collection Support Department - Monitor & Development Team. In this role, he/she will perform activities of monitor and development collections system, Portal and satellite applications for debt Collection activities. In addition, he/she will coordinate with related departments to solve issue of system and provide temporary and long-term solutions. Key Accountabilities • Working with related Unit/Departments for catching up request and then create service request or write requirement document • Request upgrade of system, Portal and satellite applications to meet business activity • Update issue of collections system, Portal and satellite application from Operation and then work with ICT to handle and then monitor and update until the issue is fixed • Create test cases and perform UAT testing for new system, Portal and satellite application based on BRD (Business requirement Document) • Update guidelines for new system and satellite application • Daily monitoring of system, Portal and satellite applications to control activities • Update hierarchy report on the System based on POA and business activities • Participate in company projects when assigned • Support related reports and other tasks, projects when requested from Head of Collection Support Dept1. Education background - University Graduated, major: Finance, Banking 2. Minimum Experience - At least 01 - 02 year of Collection experience preferred, or related perspective 3.
