Objective:
To provide expert guidance on legal matters.
To be responsible for offering advice, analyzing legal issues, and ensuring legal compliance with regulations.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and counsel to management.
Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations for action.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure legal compliance (including Licenses and Rights) with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage and oversee legal projects and initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risks and optimize legal processes.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other interactions with external parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal concerns and support business objectives.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in relevant areas of law.Bachelor's degree in economy law.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a legal consultant or in a similar advisory role, preferably with specialization in automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate in-depth legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing legal projects and teams.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying legal issues and solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Good command of the English language in speech and writing.Discussed in the interview.
