THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner is a fast-growing team specializing in digital and eCommerce solutions that streamline and automate insurance products, customer communications, and reporting. The Australian branch is expanding its team and launching new projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of insurance processes. They are looking for detail-oriented testers to join their quality assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity to perform manual testing and ensure the high quality of innovative insurance technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

They are looking for detail-oriented testers to join their quality assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity to perform manual testing and ensure the high quality of innovative insurance technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web applications based on detailed test cases and requirements.
- Identify, document, and report defects, working with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain test cases and test data to support ongoing testing efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Conduct regression testing and verify fixes to ensure software stability.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a test team with a proven track record of successful test management.
- Experience with Australian general insurance domains is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage testing processes efficiently.
