Responsibilities

• Guide and implement tools for Human Resource Management (HRM) systems for assigned units.
• Deploy and ensure the implementation of HRM systems, organizational structures, approved structures, organizational effectiveness, career progression paths, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
• Directly receive and provide advisory services for resolving labor relations issues for assigned units, including but not limited to activities such as transfers, appointments, dismissals, rewards, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and termination of employment contracts.
• Implement human resource development programs through internal development policies and talent programs.
• Participate in the creation of job descriptions, provide consultation and advice to the responsible units on personnel planning, and build and evaluate KPIs.
• Provide optimal HR management solutions to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields such as Law, Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration, etc.
• Preferably candidates who are Freshers/ Juniors, with a long-term orientation towards HR partnerships, organizational development, and labor relations.
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for higher-level roles.
• Diligent, quick-witted, proactive in work, with good logical thinking and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in English for work-related communication, strong Excel skills, and data-oriented

Benefits:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

Salary Range: 11,000,000 - 21,000,000 VND.
