A Strategic Planning Senior Manager role is to bridge cultural trends and business objectives into actionable brand strategies and creative briefs, leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior planners to drive accelerated growth and creative impact.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Crack Culture into Strategy Decode trends, behaviors, and platforms to build actionable strategies that fuel brand relevance in culture, especially across social and influencer ecosystems.
- Drive Brief to Brilliance Lead campaign thinking from insight to idea—write strategic briefs that spark bold creativity and guide cross-functional teams to execute with clarity, speed, and cohesion.
- Lead Strategists, Activate Business Mentor junior planners, manage multi-stream planning projects, and translate business objectives into strategic blueprints that accelerate growth and creative impact.
- A recognized University Degree
- Hybrid Thinker: Strategic x Creative: 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, social/influencer strategy, or content planning. Must be fluent in culture, brand, and comms thinking—with a proven knack for making the complex simple and the simple powerful.
- Narrative Hacker & Deck Ninja: Exceptional storytelling—both in presentations and planning narratives. Can turn a business task into a breakthrough content territory, faster than a trending meme.
- People-first, Purpose-fueled: Strong leadership and collaboration mindset. Energizes teams, influences stakeholders, and keeps strategy relevant, inspiring, and outcome-driven—even under pressure.
- Someone excited about Marketing Technology
- Has a good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
- A team player, highly motivated, and committed
- Ability to coach and develop junior members of the team
- Has depth of understanding about the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
- A passion for data, insights, and ideation
